Configuration Report fails with "Cannot get interactive filter values" after Netvault DB restore (4383946)

The "Configuration" report is a canned report whose component list is:

• Stored in the scheduler database
• NOT dynamically generated from the filesystem

After an nvdb restore, the scheduler database may contain a stale or corrupted report job record.

This behavior is tracked under defect: NV-5193

Option 2: Recreate the report via WebUI

1. Navigate to the WebUI
2. Locate and delete the "Configuration" report job
3. Restart the nvplgreport service

This action should trigger automatic recreation of canned reports
