The QGPMService service failed to start
Description

The GPOADmin services do not start automatically after the server is restarted.
Cause

The SQL Server instance hosting the GPOADmin database is installed on the same server as the GPOADmin application.
Resolution

Configure the GPOADmin services to use the Automatic (Delayed Start) startup type.
