How to revoke/remove license seats from users in the new Quest License.
Login to the License Portal. License Portal
Navigate to My License.
Select the relevant license. Click MANAGE
Go to the Seats section.
Select the user(s) whose seat you want to remove.
Click the Delete button:
Remove a single user, or
Select multiple users to remove in bulk.
