How to revoke and reassign the seats in Quest License for erwin Data Modeler 

The account (seat) of a license can be transferred via the Database Tools License Portal from one account to another.

Follow the below steps using the License Portal to transfer seat(s) of a license from one account to another.
Prerequisite: having permission to make the transfer which requires the user has the following roles: License Owner, License Admin or Organization Owner  
 

1. Locate the license in the Personal Licenses or Organization Licenses dashboard and open the License Overview page.
    
2. Click manage.
3. Select the Seats tab. Locate the account name (shown as email address) from which seats needs to be removed and click the three-dotted icon to the right of license.
    
4. Once the seat has been removed from the account, click the Plus (Add Seat) icon to assign seat to new account. Enter the account email address and click Assign. Note, the new account will receive an email notification for access of the license.
