There is no option to view the scope of a previously saved report, such as the domains, GPOs, or other objects against which the report was generated.
An enhancement has been logged to allow users to see the properties / settings of a saved report that were selected at the time of the report's creation without having to run the report.
This enhancement to be considered for inclusion in a future version of GPOADmin is 647950.
