The latest version of Toad for Oracle is installed and having a valid License Key and Site Message. However, after logging into the application, Toad appeared to activate a trial license instead of the customer’s commercial license.
After signed into the product, which triggered the creation or activation of a trial/subscription-based license profile. Since the customer does not own a subscription license, the product displayed trial licensing information rather than the perpetual or term commercial license.
This issue may occur when:
Use the product without signing into the Quest account and manually activate the perpetual license using the License Key and Site Message.
If the issue persists, verify that the provided License Key corresponds to a perpetual commercial license and not a subscription or evaluation license.

Note: Toad for Oracle can display multiple active license entries simultaneously when both trial/subscription and term/perpetual licensing information exist in the local profile. This does not necessarily indicate a licensing failure, especially if the commercial license remains active and operational.
