Fix for new vulnerability with Apache

this patch fixes the following CVEs.

The Upgrade requires an update of Apache. To complete this, we will need to uninstall the current Mart Portal and install the new build.
On the existing Mart Portal server
Save the configuration file C:\ProgramData\erwin\Mart Portal MartConfiguration.json outside the folder as the uninstall will delete.
Stop the services
Uninstall Mart
Install new Mart
Reboot
Copy the config file back into the folder (C:\ProgramData\erwin\Mart Portal MartConfiguration.json).
Open Mart Configuration, check all fields and all tabs should have correct information.
Test and configure.
Create Mart Services (start – Erwin – Create mart services – Right Click Run as administrator)
Start Services
Open Mart portal

The new installer, please backup your current Mart, and Install the new Build.
