When using auto connections in Toad Data Point to a DB2 database that is having issues, the application would display the following error:
After confirming the message, and trying to connect manually to the database, a new error comes up.
The target server is unavailable.
Review database server and verify that all services are up running.
Run network diagnostics between terminal and DB2 server.
