Cartridges disabled when upgrading DB_Azure_SQL cartridge to 8.2 (4383064)

Enabling the DB_Azure_SQL 8.2 cartridge caused the DB_SQL_Server_UI and DB_PostgreSQL_PI_UI cartridges to be automatically disabled and the associated tiles and agents to disappear from the Global View dashboard.

Logs show a NoSuchMethodError referencing PiRestApiAbstractHandler.

Since all database cartridges rely on shared code that is not backward compatible, when one cartridge is upgraded the others need to be upgraded as well.

WORKAROUND

1. Upgrade all other Database Cartridges to the same minor version level (e.g. 8.1 or 8.2) as the recently installed cartridge. 

The UI cartridges (e.g. DB_SQL_Server_UI and DB_PostgreSQL_PI_UI) should be automatically enabled when the cartridge is upgraded.
