When creating a view script, by default it includes the FORCE option in the syntax.
Cause

This is a default setting of Toad for Oracle
Resolution

You can uncheck the option by following the below steps:
Go to Schema Browser | Views | Right-Click Create Script | Under Views Uncheck 'Force'

This setting will by default exclude the Force command from the script.
