Users are unable to access or use Foglight AI features and encounter licensing related errors, such as:
The license number entered in Foglight AI does not match the license listed in the License Portal.
The Foglight AI feature has not been enabled by the license owner.
The Foglight Management Server (FMS) is unable to communicate with the license server. The following error may be present in the FMS log:
ERROR [http-exec-67] com.quest.foglight.ai.service.AiService - AiService::acquireProductLicense Failed to obtain entitlement from Portal.
org.apache.hc.client5.http.HttpHostConnectException: Connect to https://core-licensing-api-prod.ism.quest.com:443 failed: Connection timed out: getsockopt
