When running the “Users at Risk of Token Bloat” report, no results are returned.
This behavior can occur even in environments where users are expected to meet the criteria for token bloat.
The issue is caused by the “Collect token groups count” option being disabled in the AD discovery settings.
Enabling the option allows the data to be collected and the report to return data.
