SQL Optimizer Error: Requires Oracle Client with Matching Bitness (4382889)

Resolve the error received when opening SQL Optimizer from Toad for Oracle indicating that a valid Oracle client with the same bitness is required.

The issue occurs when a compatible Oracle client is not installed, or when the installed client does not match the bitness (32-bit or 64-bit) of SQL Optimizer for Oracle. It may also occur if the Oracle client path is not correctly configured in the system environment variables. 

1. Verify the bitness (32-bit or 64-bit) of the installed Sql Optimizer for Oracle
2. Download and install an Oracle client that matches the same bitness.
3. After installation, locate the Oracle client installation directory
4. Open System Environment Variables on the machine.
5. Edit the PATH variable.
6. Add the Oracle client path to the PATH variable.
7. Move the Oracle client path to the top of the PATH list to ensure it is prioritized.
8. Save the changes and close the environment variables window.
9. Restart SQL Optimizer for Oracle.
10. Open SQL Optimizer for Oracle and verify that the error no longer appears.
