No alarm was fired at night when a failover happened on hosts monitored by database agents.
Alarms are fired during the day so the rule works and the alarm template is configured correctly.
The event happened between collections.
If a failover happens, and then a second failover happens back to the original node between collections than no alarm would be fired.
For some rules such as DB2 - HADR Database Failover, the collection frequency in offline mode is by default configured at 15 minute intervals. If a two simulatanous failovers happen within those 15 minutes at a time when no one is using the FMS then no alarm would be fired.
Adjust the collection frequencies to run more often.
