TIC Automation Logs “Cannot Get Script Full Name and Save It in File” Error While Automation Completes Successfully (4382734)

This issue is not caused by customer configuration or script errors.

Engineering analysis determined:

• The error is logged during script materialization, when TIC prepares automation files on disk
• When multiple automations start nearly simultaneously
• And all executions run under the same TIC service account
• Multiple processes attempt to access shared files
• This can cause OS‑level file locking or race conditions

Although the lock condition is transient and does not block execution, the scheduler still logs the exception.

This behavior is tracked as product defect TIC‑14638.

• ✅ Data integrity is preserved
• ❌ Logs may misleadingly suggest an error
• ❌ May generate unnecessary alerts or concern

This is a logging defect only, not a functional failure.
