Getting error " Source file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\xbtxva4b.0.cs' could not be found" when opening Toad Data Point (4382649)

Getting the errors below when opening Toad Data Point:

This was working fine a few ays ago.

Notice the error below:

"System.IO.FileLoadException
Compiler Error: line: 0 pos: 0 Error - Source file 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\xbtxva4b.0.cs' could not be found
Compiler Error: line: 0 pos: 0 Warning - No source files specified"

This error means that Toad Data Point is trying to use a temporary file that no longer exists or cannot be accessed.
Please try the following :

1.Run Toad as administrator (r-click the desktop icon and select "Run as administrator". Please try this even if your user is an admin user.)

2.Make sure your user has access to:

C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Windows\Temp

3. Add Toad Data Point to the antivirus whitelist

4. Delete files in C:\Windows\Temp :

Close all applications
Go to: C:\Windows\Temp
Delete what you can(Skip files that can’t be deleted)
