When opening Toad and attempting to log in, multiple login popup windows appear repeatedly, preventing normal access to the application.
Open the Toad application.
Remove the current Toad license.
Download and install the latest version of Toad.
Launch the updated version of Toad.
Re-add the Toad license.
Log in again and confirm that the multiple login popups no longer appear.
