Description

Customers who need to report a bug, defect, or unexpected product behavior must submit the request through the Quest Support portal using the Create Service Request page.

Instructions

Go to the Quest Support Portal

Navigate to the Service Request creation page.

You must be logged in with a valid Quest Support account to proceed.

Notes
- Quest Support cannot enter bug reports based on verbal descriptions alone—a formal Service Request is required.
- Engineering defect creation occurs only after Support validates the issue and it is reproducible.
- Enhancements/Feature requests can be submitted directly on the Quest Ideas Portal.
