Best practices to migrate erwin Mart Portal to a new server (4382237)

What are the recommended best practices to migrate erwin Mart Portal to a new server? 

Recommended procedure:

1. Save all models locally
2. Complete the erwin Mart deployment on the target server using a new database (bookshelf)
3. Upload models to the target erwin Mart

Option B (In case the manual process can't be completed):

1. Close and save all open models
2. Stop erwin Mart services
3. Backup erwin Mart database (For rollback purposes)
4. *Optional* Capture erwin Mart configuration
5. Restore erwin Mart database to new server
6. Deploy erwin Mart on target server pointing to the restored database
7. Restart server
8. Test general functionality
