The defect ID 605567 - Events waiting in agent local database appear to be lost if agent process is terminated is being addressed by our Product team for a fix in a future release of the product. Currently, there is no ETA.

Workaround:

• Have multiple Coordinators which will act as a load balancer, and the Agents will connect to any available Coordinator to transfer the events before there is crash on the Agent service
