Customer upgraded to version 15.1.1 but they did not upgrade .Net Framework so every time they click on Alarm Actions on the client located at the machine hosting the Diagnostic Server they get the following message:
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http, Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c14g6g9g22e61b4b' or one of its
dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified
This message pops up because one of the system requirements which is .Net Framework is not met. In the error message we can actually see the version it's referencing. In this case the version being utilized is 4.2 and it is recommended that the latest .NET be installed. Minimum .NET 4.8. .NET is required for the Performance Health drilldowns and the Spotlight Report Viewer.
Upgrade .NET Framework at least to 4.8 or later.
