When some Region Format settings are configured on the web client IIS server host (for example, English (Canada)), it causes an error when selecting links under 'Related Search' in the event detail of a search result in the web client.
Error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
There is currently no Solution for this. However, there is a workaround:
On the web client IIS server host, change to a Region Format setting that does not cause the issue, such as English (US).
