How to get a report of transactions with Spotlight on Oracle?

You can track transactions and save the report directly on your local machine.
Please Open Spotlight on Oracle | Connect to Oracle Database | Below the Menu bar you can find an Icon for 'Activity' (Shortcut CTRL + Y) | Click on Transactions Tab | Click on Save icon on the right to save the report
This will list all the transactions made by the Oracle User with OS details and transaction status.
