If you want to audit event 5139 “moving accounts to a new OU” and have enabled the “Audit Directory Service Access” in environment and still not seeing results in Active administrator.
By default event "AD object Renamed/Moved" will be disable in AA.
Enable "AD object Renamed/Moved" event from Active Administrator.
Go to Auditing and alerting | Event Definitions | Search for AD object renamed/ Moved.
Enable the event and you will see the event 5139 in AA.
