Can we disable the ADS service if we do not use Active Directory Health module in AA?
Yes, you can simply disable the ADS service. As you does not have an AD Health license this ADS service would not be used at all and can be safely disabled on your system.
We have also created an enhancement for you to automatically disable the AD Health service when the AD Health license is removed from the system. The enhancement ID to be considered for inclusion in a future version of Active Administrator is 564382.
