Unable to upgrade or install Reports on RMAD server (4379629)

At the end of the install, the upgrade rolls back. Also installed RMADDRE without the Reports and had no issues. Same 1603 error when tried to add back Reports.

The below steps didn't fix the issue:

• Running the install from the command prompt with admin rights
• The account can logon to the SQL server and open can SQL
• The account doing the install has Db_owner permission on the database
• UDL test is successful
• The firewall port is open

Verify the Report Service Configuration Manager to make sure all the service are up and running. 

If the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is not installed, then it must be installed. Once it is done, the Reports can be successfully installed.
