Foglight unable to calculate VMWare license usage. (4379579)

When using Evolve operate license data on the license usage dashboard is not visible.

VUsage-Feedback cartridge cannot be enabled with the evolve_operate license and a "license required" error is shown when trying to enable.

Following errors are seen in the FMS logs
