The following error message is displayed when attempting to retrieve the status of the Secure Storage agent:

Additionally, the FRRestoreService64.log log file on the Secure Storage server may display a similar error message:

Error Stateless operation failed: The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.

Cause
A volume with a RAW File System type could be part of the volumes available within the Secure Storage server.

Resolution
Disable or remove the volume with the RAW File System type and attempt refreshing the connection to the Secure Storage agent from the RMAD console.
