Cause
It looks like something in the system is blocking json files

Resolution
WORKAROUND
1. Close Toad Data Point
2. Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad Data Point 6.4 (where username is the Windows user of the customer with the problem).
3. Rename the SQL Recall folder to SQL Recall_OLD
4. Open Toad Data Point
5. Go to Tools | Options | Editor | Tools and, on the right panel, set "Number of statements to display" to 0.
