Agent not connecting to Coordinator throwing error 'Failed to search for coordinator SCPs'

Agent not able to connect to the Coordinator throwing following errors despite connection and ports working as expected:

The following error occurred while reading a parameter 'SiteCoverage' in the Netlogon Parameters registry section: The data is invalid. NETLOGON service was not running. 

Delete REG_SZ value  'SiteCoverage' entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters\
