Approvals are not showing GPO History -
Description
Approval workflow actions (such as request approvals, approvals, and rejections) are not appearing under the "Show History" section for the GPOs in GPOADmin.

Resolution
The Show History view does not display workflow approval actions by default, in order to provide a simplified history of the GPOs.
However, you can view these approval actions by selecting "Events" > "Show All Events."
