Description
As more than 90 days might have passed since the last sync, a full resynchronization is required.

Cause
The backup replication process ensures the accessibility of every backup on the source console. However, this validation is introducing delays and preventing the process from completing successfully.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Increase the timeout value in the ConnectionTimeout registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory\Synchronization
2. Reduce the chunk size by adjusting the BackupsPageSize value (located under the same registry key as ConnectionTimeout).
STATUS
Defect ID - 554238 has been created to consider including a fix in a future release of the product.
