In a scenario where high-privilege accounts—such as Domain Admins—are members of the Protected Users group, can those accounts still function properly with Security Explorer?
Testing between Security Explorer and accounts in the Protected Users group has not been performed. However, due to the restrictions imposed by this group, launching Security Explorer with such an account will likely result in limited functionality or failure to operate altogether.
It is recommended to avoid using an account that is a member of the Protected Users group with Security Explorer.
