The difference between the Built In Backup Operators group and the RMAD Backup Operators in version 10.3.2 -
Description
The Active Directory Domain Built In Backup Operators group.
In previous versions of RMAD, the RMAD account had to be in that group in order for the backups to run.

Cause
The most recent RMAD version 10.3.2 added the least privilege model where we create the “RMAD Backup Operators” group and add the RMAD account to that instead of the AD Built In\Backup Operators group.

Resolution
There's no difference between these two groups at all.
Quest Developers came up with the second manual option just because some customers have policies in order not to make any changes on the built-in groups.
Hence, an alternative option has been provided to be able to create one.
