All Archive Manager Services Fail to Start -
Description
Attempting to start any Archive Manager-prefixed service in Services.msc results in an immediate failure or “service cannot be started” error.

Cause
- Service account credentials are invalid or expired.
- Loss of connectivity to the SQL Server backend.
- Network or firewall changes blocking SQL access.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
- Open Services.msc and note which Archive Manager services report errors.
- For each service: right-click → Properties → Log On → re-enter the correct service account and password → OK.
RESOLUTION 2
- Test SQL connectivity:
- Create TestConnection.udl → double-click → configure provider and server credentials → Test Connection.
- Alternatively, launch the Archive Manager Configuration Console and observe any SQL-connect errors.
- If SQL is offline, restore the instance; if firewall rules changed, re-open the necessary TCP port (default 1433).
- Return to Services.msc, start each Archive Manager service, and confirm status is Running
