Using double nested groups under WHO search properties for a Search doesn't yield any result. Hence, we have submitted Enhancement Request and an Enhancement ID is listed below. It is  in the roadmap and the product team is reviewing it for consideration in a future release.

Use only groups that doesn't have double nested groups.
