A user cannot see the correct containers in the GPOADmin console, even though all other members of the same security group can access all assigned containers to the group. The issue is resolved only when the user is granted GPOADmin Administrator privileges, which allows the user to view all assigned containers.
Verify the properties of the container that is only visible to the user when the user is not a member of GPOADmin Administrators. A Root Container Assignment has likely been configured for the user, which might explain the unexpected behavior.
