In AA, when you select the Active directory health analyzer module and while selecting the server tab of the Analyzer in ADH, the time difference between DCs is exposed. All the servers are at the same time zone but the UTC time is not presented properly.
We have confirmed that this calculation is an issue in the AD Health Analyzer. We have created a defect to have this corrected in a future version of Active Administrator. The defect ID for this is 527975
