How to obtain a count of enabled and disabled users using Active Administrator?
Active Administrator considers both enabled and disabled user to count or calculate the total number of users.
To obtain a report of users you may try the following:
1- Go to Security & Delegation > Security and click your domain to select it.
2- On the top menu, click "View" drop down and click "All Users...".
3- The all users view will show you the total number of users in your environment. This count will be shown on the bottom left of the screen. On the bottom right you will see the count of enabled users only.
4- To export a report in CSV format, click on "Export", name the file and click ok.
5- Optional, if you want to filter this view to show you enabled users only, or to show you the disabled users only, then click on "Filter". By default, both enabled and disabled are selected. Just uncheck the option that you don't want to see, so the view will only display the users that you are interested to see.
