When running a computer discovery the following error is seen:
System.TimeoutException: The operation has timed out.
Also, if you look at the node logs you may find the same error:

Increase the timeout settings on the MaxComputerDiscoveryTimeInMS from the ReporterNode.exe.Config file on each of the nodes. You may try to increase this value to 5400000.
If issue persists, you may try increasing more this value to a higher number.
