Currently, GPOAdmin does not support certificate references for Intune configuration policies.
Certificate-based profiles are supported; however, any profile that uses a certificate reference will require the certificate information edits to be done in Intune.
Within GPOAdmin, the profiles can be registered, edited, and deployed, but the original certificate reference will not be overwritten.
Full support for Certificate-based profiles will be included in GPOAdmin 5.20
