To resolve this issue:
1- Update host file on remote console server or workstation by adding the GPOADmin ip address and server name.
2- Add a DNS pointer (PTR) record for the remote machine where the GPOADmin remote console is installed.
3- If NetBIOS over TCP/IP is disabled, then you may try enabling it in the remote GPOADmin console.
4- If none of the above are possible, then just simply as a workaround keep connecting from the remote console using GPOADmin Server IP Address:port number.
