Removing Users from an Active Migration Batch without Stopping It
Description

A migration batch is currently in progress with 10 threads, where 10 users are actively being processed, and some users are yet to start. The requirement is to remove certain users from the ongoing batch and add them to a new dedicated batch without halting the current job.
Cause

The migration tool (MNE) does not support dynamic editing of tasks, meaning you cannot add or remove users from an active batch once it has started.
Resolution
Given the current limitations of the migration tool, you have two options:
1. Stop and Edit the Task:
  - Steps:
    1. Pause or stop the current batch.
    2. Remove the desired users from the batch.
    3. Create a new dedicated batch and add the removed users to it.
    4. Restart the original batch (minus the removed users).
  - Pros: Allows precise control over user allocation.
  - Cons: May cause temporary disruption to the migration process.
2. Let the Task Finish:
  - Allow the current batch to complete processing all users.
