OU disappeared from the main window -
Description
Since the upgrade we miss the OU visibility in the main (right) window to get the chance to choose a OU in the live environment tree, select edit and link GPOs that way..jpg)

Resolution
We have reproduced the issue and confirmed that this is an unintentional behaviour change from GPOAD 5.17 to 5.18.
A defect was raised to have this addressed in 5.19 version.
