"Value of context key carName is null" when adding database agent from the Global View dashboard
Description
The following message is printed in the Global View Databases dashboard when the Monitor button is clicked for any of the following database agent types
Redis
Redshift
SAP ASE (Sybase)
SAP HANA
Snowflake
"The following errors were found
Value of context key carName is null"
Cause
Defect, the these agents should be added using the Agent Status dashboard. There are no wizards presently available to add these types of agents.
Resolution
WORKAROUND Navigate to Administration | Agents | Agent Status and add the agent.
STATUS This issue was logged as defect FOG-6019 and has been fixed in the 7.1 release of Foglight where the monitor button for these agents redirects to the Agent Status page.
