Service Builder rule fails when selecting components under Services > All Model Roots (4375798)

When trying to add a Service Builder rule that selects components under Services > All Model Roots the query test fails with error java.lang.RuntimeException: Trying to define a query that uses $scope or implicit $scope without defining the TopologyType of $scope.

For example:

1. Go to Services > Service Builder
2. Try to add a component to a service and choose "Add components to this service" then "Create a rule to include a group of components".
3. Select Services > All Model Roots > Host Model > hosts or Services > All Model Roots > NetMonitorRoot > Devices
4. Add query like "name like '%test%'" and perform a test to trigger the error.

WORKAROUND

Complete the following steps with a user that has the Cartridge Developer role:

1. Go to Configuration > Definitions
2. Click on All Definitions 
3. Search for "system:fsmservicebuilder_dynamicmanagedcomponents.12"
4. Select testDynamicManagedComponentsQuery from the results.
5. Click on Edit
6. Copy the current code to a file for backup, replace with content from the attached DMC_Query_Test_Script.txt script and save changes.

This issue has been logged as defect Id. FOG-8690. Fixed in Foglight 7.3.0
