SQL PI passing FMS credentials causes PI panel not to load (4375345)

After upgrading to 7.2.2.10 and higher, the username and password or service account that is running the FMS application is being passed to retrieve data from SQL PI instead of previously entered PI repository credentials. This prevents the PI dashboard from displaying, very slow performance in PI, or SQL Statements are not visible in the PI dashboard.

WORKAROUND
Restart the FMS using a user account and password (such as a domain account) that has access to connect to the SQL Server PI repository


STATUS
Defect ID FOG-8487 has listed as fixed in the 7.3.0 release of the MySQL PI cartridge however it has been encountered as occurring in the 7.3.0.10 version of the PostgreSQL PI cartridge. R&D has been asked to review this issue.
