GPOADmin.AddServiceAccountToAllGPOs PowerShell script does not change ownership of the objects in SYSVOL.
Description

When running GPOADmin.AddServiceAccountToAllGPOs PowerShell script to grant the service account permissions required to manage GPOs it changes the GPO ownership in GPMC, but does not change ownership in SYSVOL.
Cause

This is by design and is not considered an issue.
Resolution

The script does not change ownership of the object in SYSVOL. However, ownership of this objects in SYSVOL are changed to the service account (or the account specified when running the script) when an action is triggered from GPOADmin like for example: register a GPO, check out, or check in, etc.

This is by design and does not cause any issues with your group policies.
