How to enable AI feature of Toad?

How to enable or manage AI features of Toad using the online license portal?
The AI features for example (AIExplain) appears on the Editor toolbar, or AI Code GitHub Copilot menu appears but cannot be used. Or the features don't appear at all and Toad AI licenses are being used.

 

AI features in Toad (such as AI Explain and AI Code) are available to customers with AI Enabled Subscription or AI Add-On Subscription licenses. AI features are automatically enabled for all users at the time of purchase. Login to online License Portal with license admin rights to manage AI features.

If you are unable to access AI features, follow the steps below to verify your license and configuration.  Verify your license in Toad:

1. Navigate to Help | About | Licensing 
2. Confirm the following for your license:

• • Edition shows Subscription
  • Add-Ons include AI features (e.g., AI Explain, AI Code)

If the license information is correct but AI features are still unavailable, click Refresh. 

• If the Add-Ons section doesn't include the expected AI features additional configuration may be required. Login to online License Portal with license admin rights to activate AI features in the product.  See attached document for configuration steps or watch a quick video

 

If the license Edition is not Subscription, then use Login to online License Portal with license admin rights to register your license first.

** If you cannot see AI features at all ensure you are using the latest edition of Toad, download from from here.
