RMAD Portal fails with the error "The Recovery Manager Console version 10.x.x to which you want to connect is incompatible with the Enterprise Portal Server version 10.x.x you are using." (4374942)

RMAD Portal fails with the error "The Recovery Manager Console version 10.x.x to which you want to connect is incompatible with the Enterprise Portal Server version 10.x.x you are using."

When launching the RMAD Portal, it displays the following error message: 
"The Recovery Manager Console version 10.x.x to which you want to connect is incompatible with the Enterprise Portal Server version 10.x.x you are using."

This issue is caused when RMAD Portal version 10.2.1 or lower is installed and then RMAD is upgraded to version 10.2.2 or higher. 

Solution:
- On the RMAD server... Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Recovery Manager Portal" 
- Make a backup of the file EnterprisePortalSettings.xml.
- Edit the file, and change "VersionValidationMode" value="NotLower" to "None"
- Save the file, then Restart the Quest Recovery Portal Service and try again.
